For my Theme Park challenge at Colorful Creations and the C'est Magnifique challenge, I created a layout titled, "Just an Extra Ordinary Day," that depicts my daughter and her friend Ansel standing on a cement pillar in front of Iowa's Old Capitol Building.

This is the beautiful sketch I used.

I did some fussy cutting (and boy was it fussy!) for the bench and colored some texture paste for the photo background.

I painted the letters and used Vintage Photo Distress Stickles to give them extra texture.

I also addled a little burlap on the bottom with a cute little Webster's Pages hatpin.
