Here is a layout I did of my daughter Austinie and my niece Shelbie. These two are very close and I love it when they get together because they are so silly and fun.

I am entering this into the "Scrap Around the World" mood board and sketch. I was inspired by the neutrals, the rhinestones, and the sparkle. I also liked the hint of turquoise and the formal but relaxed, kind of bohemian feel.

I started out by using three different stencils and texture paste. Once it dried, I painted the whole page using 4 colors and then lightly added a smudged smattering of stickles glitter glue.

I cut circles and added photos and the holographic clock face. I also created the star and imbedded an old piece of rhinestone jewelry in it. I also made the other glittered stars out of grunge board and added flat back pearls. 

I thought the quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson was quite fitting.

 

Lastly, I applied the title...So THEM!!!
