Romantic Card by Lainie Michel for Flying Unicorn

Hi everyone! Today, I have a card to share with you that I created using the Flying Unicorn August Kit of the Month. This kit was full of beautifully coordinating materials that could be taken in so many different directions! 

For this card, I used the phrase from a cut out sheet of Kaisercraft Secret Garden paper.

 I stitched around the edges of two different patterned papers and added some punched trim that I sprayed with water and crinkled a little to give it the appearance of fabric.

I piled on layers of tags and paper from the Small Art Big Passion Kit to give depth and dimension.

 

The flowers in the kit were so beautiful as well as the beautiful accent embellishments. I also used a Creative Embellishments Door Knockers Chipboard piece for a little more flair.
